The industry accepted norm is that scissors are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Your responsibilities are to maintain your scissor by daily maintenance of oiling and adjusting the tension, and keeping your scissors away from solvents, disinfectant, and Keratin.

Warranty is limited to defects in manufacture. At the discretion of Greenwich Green, the scissor will be repaired or replaced.

All warranty claims should be accompanied by proof of purchase and submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Servicing by any third party will void the warranty.
